Aunque no hay mucha diferencia de la demo a la versión final (solo la colaboración de la omnipresente Nicki Minaj y la muy superior M.I.A.), la producción de Martin Solveig, la letra que se dirije casi explícitamente a su "rival" y un videoclip que, a priori, puede parecer poca cosa, pero que encierra mucho matiz, Madonna está dispuesta a grabar a fuego su nombre en el trono de "Reina del Pop".
