Guilty Pleasures: Christina Aguilera

Con motivo de la entrada número 1300, ya sabéis que toca sección "Guilty Pleasures", aunque en este caso se ha retrasado en cuatro entradas.

"Beautiful"

No queda nadie que no la conozca y es una de las artistas más polifacéticas y camaleónicas de la escena pop mundial. Empezó como la típica adolescente que entra en la industria musical con la intención de hacerse un hueco entre las estrellas de aquel entonces, pero sus letras dejaban mucho que desear a pesar de ser más originales que la mayoría.

Lleva cinco discos a las espaldas (uno de ellos, "Mi Reflejo", se grabó en inglés y español) y muchísimos números uno, pero uno de sus mayores logros es el haber conseguido entrar en listas de las mejores voces de la historia.

"Beautiful" es, personalmente, su mejor canción y, por ello, encabeza esta entrada, pero a continuación, os dejo dos de las míticas canciones de "la Aguilera" (una de ellas, tiene uno de mis videoclips favoritos) y una que no me cansaré de repetir que es una de las mejores canciones pop que se han hecho en los últimos años pero, por el hecho de estar en su disco menos vendido "Bionic", ha sido muy infravalorada, cuando como single podría haber hecho remontar las ventas de aquel.

There's nobody who doesn't know her and she's one of the most multifaceted and chameleonlike from the pop global scene. She started as the typical teenager going into the musical industry with the intention of making her gap between the stars of  those days, but her lyrics left a great del to desire in spite of being more original than majority of them.

She has five album at her back (one of them, "My Reflection, was recorden in Spanish and English) and a lot of number ones, but one of the biggest success is having achieved being in charts of the best voices of history.

"Beautiful" is, personally, her best song and, for that, heads this post, but following this, I leave you two of the mythical songs of "Xtina" (one of them has one of my favourite music videos) and one I never be tired of repeating that is one of the best pop in the last years but, by the fact that is inside her least-selled album "Bionic", it's a very underrated song, when if it was been a single, it would make raise the sells of that album.
