The Veronicas "Lolita" (Lyrics Video)

Para variar, The Veronicas también beben del dubstep para hacer una canción pop muy continuísta a lo último que pudimos escuchar de ellas, aquel fantástico "Hook Me Up" que nos dio temazos como "Untouched" o la canción que da título al disco. "Lolita" abre muy bien lo que no promete nada nuevo en el estilo de las gemelas, pero que nos deja con la miel en los labios queriendo escuchar el resto del disco.

As lately usual, The Veronicas drink from dubstep to make a pop song very sound-keeping to what they sound in their last album, that fantastic "Hook Me Up" that gave us hits like "Untouched" or the song that gave the name to the album. "Lolita" opens very good what is a promise of nothing new in the style of this twins, but leave us enough good flavor to make us want to listen the whole album.

P!nk "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)" (Music Video) / "The King Is Dead But The Queen Is Alive"

Todos conocemos a P!nk y sabemos que, a la hora de hacer videoclips, hace lo que ella quiere y, por ello, en parte ella se diferencia de todas las "popstars" femeninas. El de "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)" tiene una estética de película que hace que sea uno de los mejores videoclips del mainstream musical de lo que llevamos de año.

Por otra parte, también se ha presentado la cara B del single. Ésta se llama "The King Is Dead But The Queen Is Alive" lo que parece que hace clara referencia a Madonna, pero imagino que ya se pronunciará P!nk.

We all know P!nk and we know that, making music videos, she does whatever she wants and, for that, she's different, partly, to every female "popstar". The "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)" video has a cinema aesthetics that make it one of the best music videos from the music mainstream of this 2012.

In other hand, has been also presented the B-side of the single. This is called "The King Is Dead But The Queen Is Alive" what seems to be referentiating Madonna, but I imagine that P!nk will talk about this.

Cheryl "Under The Sun" (Music Video)

Me ha costado dos singles darme cuenta de que Cheryl Cole ahora quiere ser llamada solo Cheryl. Cierto es que es más corto y, por lo tanto, más recordable, pero para mí va a ser siempre Cheryl Cole. "Under The Sun" es el segundo single desde su tercer disco en solitario y, al menos en mi caso, el single más inmediato, ya que a mí me gustó desde la primera vez que escuché aquel primer trozo de la canción.

It has taken me two singles to realize that Cheryl Cole wants to be called only Cheryl. It's true that is shorter and, by the way, easier to remember, but for me she's going to be always Cheryl Cole. "Under The Sun" is the second single from her third solo album and, at least for me, the most immediate single, because I liked it since the first time I listened to that first piece of the song.

The Killers "Runaways" (Music Video)

El primer single de "Battleborn" está creando muchas expectativas aunque las críticas se dividan entre aumentarlas o hundirlas, pero creo que los fans estarán de acuerdo conmigo unánimemente en que "Runaways" es el puro sonido The Killers. El videoclip, como en la línea de sus videoclips, da el absoluto protagonismo a Brandon Flowers, restando mucha calidad a lo que podría haber sido una gran combinación videoclip-canción.

The first single from "Battleborn" is creating so much expectations although the critics are divided between getting them higher or lower, but I think the fans will agree with me unanimously that "Runaways" is the pure sound of The Killers. The music video, like in their music video style, gives the absolut starring to Brandon Flowers, taking away a lot of quality to what would have been a big combination between music video and song.

Little Mix "Wings" (Music Video)

Son mi sorpresa de la última edición del Factor X británico y digo mi sorpresa porque no me terminaron de gustar a pesar de que ganaran, pero lo que me he encontrado tras aquella victoria ha sido muy bueno. "Wings" puede ser un auténtico éxito mundial con la promoción adecuada gracias a la energía que transmite, las cuatro buenas voces que tienen y la melodía hiperpegadiza.

They are my surprise from the last edition of X Factor UK and I say my surprise because I didn't really like them in spite of their winning, but what I've found after that victory is very good. "Wings" can a be a true global hit with the correct promotion thanks to the energy it flows, the excellent four voices they have and the hypercatchy melody.

Jennifer López "Goin' In (feat. Flo Rida)" (Music Video)

Pasando de una producción bastante modesta a otra mucho más elaborada (quizá tanto que puede superar en calidad a la película de la cuál es banda sonora). Jennifer López se entrega a Flo Rida para hacer este temazo que representa a "Step Up: Revolution", la película de las coreografías imposibles y que puede deducirse al ver el videoclip. La parte de Flo Rida en el videoclip no puede ser más ridícula.

From a very modest production to another much more elaborated (maybe can overcome the quality of the movie from its soundtrack goes out this). Jennifer López deliveries herself to Flo Rida to make this hit that represents to "Step Up: Revolution", the movie of the impossible choreographies, what you can deduce watching the music video. The Flo Rida part in the music video can't be worst.

Travis Garland "Settle Down (No Doubt cover)"

Con una producción bastante más modesta, llega la primera versión oficial de ese grandísimo regreso de No Doubt, "Settle Down", que la crítica ya le ha dado muchas de sus mejores palabras. Travis Garland se encarga de ponerle un toque más rústico y lento a esta frenética canción que parece tener más sentido así, pero, sin embargo, sigo prefiriendo a los originales.

With a so much modest production, arrives the first official cover of that excellent comeback of No Doubt, "Settle Down", that critics have already gave it a lot of their best words. Travis Garland does in this cover the function of giving the song a more rustic and slower touch to this frenetic song that seems to have more sense like this, but, however, I prefer it originally.

Trey Songz "Simply Amazing" (Music Video)

Todo el mundo debería tener claro que la originalidad es una carencia bastante grande en la actual industria musical y un claro ejemplo es "Simply Amazing", el último single de Trey Songz, el cantante r'n'b con una de las voces más sensuales. ¿Por qué digo lo de la originalidad? Porque imagínate a Bruno Mars cantando "Just The Way You Are" en el videoclip de "Halo" de Beyoncé y tendrás esto.

Everybody has to be clear with the originality being a pretty big lack in actual music industry and a obvious example is "Simply Amazing", the last single of Trey Songz, the r'n'b singer with one of the most sensual voices. Why I've said that about originality? Because you have to imagine Bruno Mars singing "Just The Way You Are" in the music video of Beyoncé's "Halo" and you will see this.

Hot Chip "How Do You Do?" (Music Video)

Es lo que les faltaba por hacer a Hot Chip. Un videoclip psicodélico, pero con imágenes a lo karaoke que les da un toque muy hortera que hasta les queda "cool" y todo. "In Our Heads" es un discazo, pero no de esos discos que desde el primer momento entran bien, sino uno de esos que de vez en cuando conviene volverte a poner para descubrir nuevos matices. Así que, recomendadísimo.

This is what I missed Hot Chip to do. A psychedelic music video, but with karaoke images that gives it a very tacky touch, and that even fits in them. "In Our Heads" is a very great album, but not one of those albums that since the first moments fits good, but one of those that it's better to listen from time to time to discover new arrangements and shades. For that, this is very recommended.

La Musicalité "Última Noche En La Tierra" (Music Video)

Sinceramente, nunca he prestado mucha atención a este grupo que empezó siendo muy facilones y, aunque no es que hayan cambiado mucho, ahora han incorporado sonidos rockeros a sus canciones y, por ejemplo, esta canción no parece estar hecha aquí en España, sonando muy internacional. A partir de ahora (bueno, desde "Cuatro Elementos"), voy a tener que mirarlos diferentes porque son muy interesantes ahora mismo.

Sincerely, I never paid so much attention to this band that started being dead easy and, although they haven't changed so much, now they have incorporated rock sounds to their songs and, for example, this song doesn't seem to be made here in Spain, sounds very international. Since now (well, since "Cuatro Elementos"), I'm going to see them differente because right now they are very interesting.

SHY'M "Et Alors" (Music Video)

¿Electropop francés? Pues entonces tiene que ser genial. Y lo es. SHY'M tiene cuatro discos en su haber y es ahora cuándo la descubro con este pegadizo "Et Alors" que te divertirá tanto escuchándolo como viendo el videoclip. Puedes comprobarlo por ti mismo pinchando el vídeo, y yo, de momento, ya me la he puesto en bucle. Ahora toca descubrir que es lo que contiene el su último disco "Cameleon".

Fun. "We Are Young (Alvin Risk Remix Part II)"

Estoy enamorado perdidamente del primer remix que Alvin Risk hizo de este pedazo de himno atemporal (puedes escuchar la original AQUÍ y el remix AQUÍ) y, sin esperárselo nadie, el mismo DJ ha realizado una segunda parte que aporta un poco de dubstep a la primera parte, pero que es completamente reconocible la autoría porque es el mismo concepto. Viva Alvin Risk, en serio lo digo.

I'm crazily in love with the first remix Alvin Risk made to this giant eternal anthem (you can listen the original song HERE and the remix HERE) and, nobody expecting it, the same DJ has made a second part that adds a bit of dubstep to the first part, but it's completely recognizable the authority because it's the same concept. Long life to Alvin Risk, I mean it.

Si todas las canciones en las que participe Carly Rae Jepsen van a ser así de adictivas y pegadizas, vamos a tener un problema peor que el de Pitbull. También es cierto que "Call Me Maybe" puede ser una casualidad y este "Good Time", el cuál se presenta hoy el videoclip, está compuesto por Owl City, pero puede que la voz de esta jovencísima debutante sea un factor irracional que ayude a su inexplicable éxito.

If every song where Carly Rae Jepsen is going to participate is going to be so addictive and catchy, we will have a worst problem than Pitbull. It's also true that "Call Me Maybe" can be a coincidence and this "Good Time", that today is premiering its music video, has been composed by Owl City, but may be the voice of this very young beginner singer a irrational factor that helps to her inexplicable success.

The Royal Concept "Naked & Dumb"

Ya os presenté hace unas semanas a este grupo que tanto tenía en común con Two Door Cinema Club o con Phoenix después de que ellos presentaran su EP homónimo. Ahora llega "Naked & Dumb", una canción con la misma calidad y energía, pero que no estaba incluída en aquel trabajo y que, puede ser, que sea incluído en el primer largo del grupo. Recomendadísimos 100%.

I've already presented you a weeks ago to this band with so much in common with Two Door Cinema Club or Phoenix after they presented their namesake EP. Now arrives "Naked & Dumb", a song with the same quality and energy, but not included in that work and, it's possible, that will be included in the first long album of the band. Recommended 100%.

My Name Is Kay "Strangers (feat. Pusha T)" (Lyrics Video)

My Name Is Kay es el nombre artístico de Kay Boutilier, conocida ya por algunos gracias a sus colaboraciones y, por fin, se estrena en condiciones junto al rapero Pusha T, ya que presentó otro single, homónimo, desde su EP, también llamado como ella, pero no resultó bien. Sin embargo, este "Strangers" es mucho más acertado y puede crearle fama, también gracias a que G.O.O.D. Music ya se ha fijado en ella.

My Name Is Kay is the stage name of Kay Boutilier, already known by someone thanks to her collaborations and, finally, has been premiered herself how it has to be with the rapper Pusha T, because she presented another single namesake from her EP, with the same name that her too, but it doesn't result good. However, this "Strangers" is much more correct and can create her fame, thanks too to G.O.O.D. Music because they has already noticed her.

Skunk Anansie "I Believed In You" (Music Video)

Seguro que has escuchado alguna vez a este clásico grupo pero igual no te acuerdas, aunque la voz de Skin es muy característica. Sus canciones han aparecido en anuncios y son más populares de lo que parecen. Pues bien, este año están de vuelta (como no) con su nuevo disco "Black Traffic" y éste "I Believed In You", dónde demuestran que no han perdido su esencia y, mucho menos, la calidad que solían tener.

Sure that you have listened sometimes to this classical band but you may not remember it, although Skin's voice is so characteristic. Their songs has appeared in advertisement and are more popular than what they seem. Well, this year they are back (how not) with their new album "Black Traffic" and this "I Believed In You", where they show that haven't lost their essence and, much less, the quality they used to have.

Tras Leona Lewis, Adele, Jessie J o Emeli Sandé, la nueva promesa británica es Rita Ora. Esta chica inglesa con ascendencia rumana ha sido fichada por Def Jam, la discográfica de Jay-Z y tras el tremendo empuje que le ha dado "R.I.P." junto a Tinie Tempah o "How We Do (Party)", llega "Roc The Life", el tercer single desde "ORA", su disco debut que, sin haber salido todavía, ya está generando demasiadas expectativas.

Tras estrenar la versión corta (o la "preview") y la versión completa, se estrena el videoclip de este increíble temazo house que espero escuchar en alguna ocasión este verano en alguna fiesta, porque, de verdad, que la canción lo merece. Al ver la portada del vídeo, podéis comprobar de qué irá: fiesta, concierto, gente dándolo todo y, casi con seguridad, borracha y con algún producto ilegal en el cuerpo.

Deadmau5 "Professional Griefers (feat. Gerard Way)"

Uno de los reyes actuales de la electrónica comercial y uno de los DJ's más respetados estrena, junto a Gerard Way, un nuevo single llamado "Professional Griefers". Personalmente, me parece su tema más comercial y "facilón", por así decirlo, con diferencia desde que se estrenó, pero eso no quita que la calidad sea mala, simplemente que su virtuosismo con los sintetizadores no está tan presente aquí.

One of the kings of the actual mainstream electronic and one of the most respected DJ's releases, with Gerard Way, a new single called "Professional Griefers". Personally, I think it's his most commercial and "too easy" with so much difference since he debuted, but it doesn't mean that the song is bad, simply means that his virtuosism with the synthesizer isn't so present here.

Antes hablaba de Two Door Cinema Club como los creadores de una tendencia que ha provocado una aparición masiva de grupos que les siguen la estela y es que está claro que con su primer disco llamado "Tourist History" consiguieron algo muy grande. Ahora, después de muchos meses teniéndonos en espera, estrenan "Sleep Alone", el primer adelanto desde "Beacon", el esperadísimo segundo disco del grupo.

Before I was talking about Two Door Cinema Club as the creators of a trend that caused a massive appearance of bands that follows their trail and something obvious is that with their first album called "Tourist History" they achieved something very big. Lana Del Rey "Summertime Sadness" (Music Video)

Lana Del Rey debe de estar haciendo algo bien porque ha conseguido en muy poco tiempo una legión de fans muy fieles, aunque también es cierto que la cobertura mediática que tuvo no fue casual siendo una enorme estrategia publicitaria. "Summertime Sadness" es el single, yo creo, peor escogido, pero el videoclip hará de él un éxito: historia amorosa veraniega que, en este caso, juega con la baza de la homosexualidad, muy presente entre sus fans.

Lana Del Rey may be doing somthing good because she has achieved in very short time a very faithful fans crowd, although I have to say that the media coverage she had wasn't casual being an enormous advertising strategy. "Summertime Sadness" is the single, I thing, worst chosen, but the music video will make of it a hit: Summer love story that, in this case, plays with the fact of the homosexuality, very present between her fans.

The Chemical Brothers "Theme For Velodrome"

Si Muse tiene la canción oficial para los Juegos Olímpicos (demostrando que en Londres tienen mejor gusto que en la FIFA), The Chemical Brothers se ha encargado de hacer la canción para el velódromo y las carreras de velocidad en bicicleta. Si te gustó "Survival", por ahí no van los tiros, superando con mucha diferencia los hermanos más famosos en electrónica a Muse.

If Muse has the official Olympic Games song (showing that in London the people has better music taste than in the FIFA), The Chemical Brothers had to make the song for the velodrome and the velocity bicycle races. If you liked "Survival", this song hasn't the same style, getting over with so much difference the most famous brothers in electronic music to Muse.

Napoleón Solo "Antes De Que Ocurriera" (Music Video)

Si no los conoces, probablemente la voz del líder del grupo te marque, porque es muy peculiar. Sus anteriores trabajo han sido, muy modestamente, un éxito y ahora vuelven dispuestos a repetir ese éxito presentándonos "Antes De Que Ocurriera" con un videoclip que, a base de conceptualidad y un guiño a los Queen de "Bohemian Rhapsody", se deja ver muy fácilmente.

If you haven't met them yet, probably the leader's voice marks you, because is very peculiar. Their previous works were, very modestly, a success and now they're back ready to repeat that success presenting us "Antes De Que Ocurriera" with a conceptuality-based video and a wink to Queen in "Bohemian Rhapsody", that can be watched very easily.

New Navy "Breathe (Télépopmusik cover)"

El estilo "Two Door Cinema Club" ya se instalado en la industria indie y no parece que vaya a dejarnos. Hay muchos grupos que están apareciendo con ese estilo y New Navy es uno de ellos que ya lanzó un EP el verano pasado y ahora reaparece con "Breathe", dónde deja constancia que es el camino a seguir y que es una colaboración junto a la marca deportiva Le Coq Sportif en un proyecto que contará con grupos australianos que versionan canciones francesas.

The "Two Door Cinema Club" style installed in the indie industry and doesn't seem that it's going to leave us. There are a lot of bands appearing with that style and New Navy is one of them that already launched a EP the last summer and reappear now with "Breathe", where state the way they're going to follow and that is a collaboration besides the sport brand Le Coq Sportif in a project that will has Australian bands covering French songs.

Cash Cash "Michael Jackson (The Beat Goes On)" (Lyrics Video)

Nadie lo dudaba, pero con el paso del tiempo se ha demostrado que Michael Jackson es eterno y jamás caerá en el olvido. Ha sido objeto de inspiración, de adoración y de profesionalidad y, pasados ya tres años de su muerte, es objeto de homenajes en todo el mundo, como éste hecho por el grupo Cash Cash. La canción no tiene nada que ver con el estilo del eterno Rey del Pop, pero es una canción hiperpegadiza y con claras referencias al compositor de "Thriller".

Nobody doubted it, but with the time going by its showing that Michael Jackson is eternal and never ever will be forgotten. He has been object of inspiration, adoration and professionality and, three years after his death,  he's object of tributes everywhere, like this made by the band Cash Cash. The song is nothing like with the eternal King of Pop style, but it's a hypercatchy song and has obvious references to the "Thriller" composer.

Passion Pit "I'll Be Alright" (Music Video)

Un concurso ha hecho posible el lanzamiento del nuevo videoclip de los geniales Passion Pit y el segundo single desde "Gossamer", "I'll Be Alright". Tiene un resultado muy profesional e, incluso, me atrevería a decir que parece el tipo de vídeo que suele realizar la productora española Canadá, pero lo que queda patente al verlo es que es un video absolutamente extraño.

A contest has made possible the launching of the new music video of the master Passion Pit and the second single from "Gossamer", "I'll Be Alright". It has a very professional result and, even, I'd dare to say that seems the kind of video that used to make the Spanish producers Canadá, but what is quite clear watching it is that this is completely weird video.

Ne-Yo "Let Me Love You (Until You Learn To Love Yourself)" (Music Video)

"R.E.D." es el título del próximo disco de Ne-Yo y "Let Me Love You" el título del primer single que, a pesar de lo que ha conseguido con anteriores discos y con otros artistas, no llega a ser una canción con esa inmediatez y frescura a las que nos tenía acostumbrados. De todas formas es una buena mezcla de r'n'b y dance que puede ser inspiración para buenos remixes.

"R.E.D." is the title of the next Ne-Yo album and "Let Me Love You" the title of the first single that, in spite of having achieved what he earned on previous albums and with other artists, it isn't a song with that immediacy and freshness with what he make us used to be. Anyway, this is a good mix of r'n'b and dance that can be inspiration for very good remixes.

Nelly Furtado "Spirit Indestructible" (Music Video)

Muchos creyeron que el vídeo con la letra que sacó hace unos días era el vídeo oficial, pero a pesar de la imagen solidaria que desprendía aquel, estaba claro que un videoclip de Nelly Furtado en la época en la que se encuentra no iba a ser así (por si alguien se pregunta a qué me refiero, hablo de su comercialidad). En el fondo es un buen videoclip, pero no me cansaré de pedir un regreso a "Folklore".

So many people thought that the lyric video she released a few days ago was the official video, but in spite of the supportive image that video came away, it was obvious that a Nelly Furtado video in this era wasn't going to be like this (if somebody wonders what I'm referring, I'm talking about her commerciality). In the background is a good music video, but I won't get tired of asking a "Folklore" comeback".

Un vídeo temático para una versión que mejora a la original (o, al menos, eso es lo que pienso yo). Recreado como si fuera un pinball y al compás de la canción, un juego de luces y movimientos hipnotiza mientras escuchas esta cover que se hará popular, de eso estoy seguro. The Young Professionals ya presentaron esta versión, pero la acompañan con este vídeo que, por originalidad, puede ser un viral.

A thematic video for a cover that improves the original (or, at least, that's what I think). Recreated like it's a pinball and at the beat of the song, a lights and moves game hipnotizes while you're listening this cover that will be popular, of that I'm sure. The Young Professionals had already presented this version, but they put it besides this video that, because of its originality, can be a viral.

Madeon "Finale" (Music Video)

Lo de este chico de apenas diecisiete años es impresionante. Esta revolucionando el mundo del dance, del house y del techno simplemente colgando sus vídeos en YouTube, hasta que empezaron a contratarle. Hizo un mash-up "improvisado" que resulto tal que así y con "Finale", ya no es que esté dispuesto, sino que conseguirá mover al planeta al completo. Puede que le falte algo para que nos levante del asiento, pero seguro que tiene ya el as en la manga.

What this seventeen-years-old guy has done is awesome. He's revolutionizing the dance world, the house and techno only uploading videos to YouTube, until people started to hiring him. He made a "improvised" mash-up that result like this and with "Finale", it's not only that he's ready, but he will achieve to move the whole planet at his rhythm. He may miss something in this song to make us stand up, but I'm sure he has some ace in the hole.

La búsqueda del verdadero interior de una persona y el encontrar la razón de cómo es una persona parece ser el argumento central del último videoclip de los, cada día más grandes, Hot Chip. "Look At Where We Are" no llama especialmente la atención en el tracklist de "In Our Heads", pero gana en solitario mostrándonos una pieza preciosa que, junto al videoclip, puede emocionarnos como pocas canciones.

The searching of the true inner being on a person and finding the reason of why a person is how he/she is seems to be the main argument of the last music video of the, each day bigger, Hot Chip. "Look At Where We Are" doesn't called specially the attention between the tracklist of "In Our Heads", but it wins solo showing us a very beautiful piece that, with the video, can make us be emotional like few songs.

Lil' Wayne "My Homies Still (feat. Big Sean)" (Music Video)

Lil' Wayne, además de hacer colaboraciones con todo el mundo y en todos los estilos, también compone y lanza discos en solitario y su última creación es "My Homies Still" dónde es acompañado de Big Sean. Wayne siempre me ha llamado la atención por su facilidad para diferenciarse del resto de raperos y, en este caso, con un videoclip muy colorido y, también, un poco extraño, mucho más. Míralo y después opina.

Lil' Wayne, besides doing collaboration with everybody and in every style, knows to compose and launches solo albums and his last creation is this "My Homies Still" where is accompanied of Big Sean. Wayne call always my attention because of his gift for ve different of the rest of rappers and, in this case, with a colourful music video and, also, a little weird, so much more. Take a look and after give your opinion.

The Xx "Angels"

Esperadísimo regreso de uno de los grupos que más ha dado de hablar en la última década, siendo totalmente culpables de todo lo que se le acusaba: de tener uno de los mejores discos de debut de los últimos años (yo me atrevería a decir de la historia). A pesar de que uno de los integrantes se quedara en el camino por abandono, han vuelto con la misma fuerza y, si cabe, mejores.

Highly-anticipated comeback of one of the most-talked band of the last decade, being totally guilty of everything people accused them: of having one of the best debut albums of the last years (I'd dare to say one of the best of history). Despite of one of the members left on the road leaving away the band, they are back with the same strength and, if such a thing is possible, better.

No Doubt "Settle Down" (Music Video)

Ya avisaba ayer que el estreno del videoclip del regreso de No Doubt no tardaría mucho en darse y, anoche mismo, se produjo. Un videoclip lleno de referencias a videoclips de la época de "Tragic Kingdom" o "Return To Saturn" y un reencuentro que se produce delante de la cámara (probablemente nunca se hayan perdido de vista). No Doubt, sin duda (haciendo referencia al nombre del grupo), han vuelto con muchas fuerzas.

I've advised yesterday that the premiere of the music video for the comeback of No Doubt wouldn't last to be and, last night, was released. A music video full of references to videos from "Tragic Kingdom" or "Return To Saturn" eras and a reunion made in front of the camera (but I think they never disappear from the view of each others). No Doubt, with no doubt, are back with so much strenght.

Afrojack "Rock The House" [UPDATED]

[UPDATED WITH THE FULL SONG / ACTUALIZADO CON LA CANCIÓN ENTERA]

Afrojack está dispuesto a conquistar el mundo con su nueva canción que estrenará el próximo 16 de julio. Esto no es más que una versión acortada (ya sabemos cómo se las gastan los DJ's con canciones de siete o más minutos). El caso es que "Rock The House" tiene toda la pinta de bombazo y que la oiremos a todas horas en todos lados y, para este verano, eso nos va a venir muy bien.

Afrojack is ready to conquer the world again with his new song that he will launch the next 16th of July. This is not more than a shorted version (we already know how do it the DJ's with songs of seven or more minutes). The fact is that "Rock The House" looks like a hit and we listening it everywhere at every hour and, for this summer, that will be very good for us.

Sigur Rós "Ég Anda" (Second Music Video)

Como todas las semanas, hay nueva entrega del Mistery Film Experiment y, sorprendentemente, el nuevo videoclip es para una canción que ya contaba con un videoclip dentro de este proyecto, "Ég Anda". En el otro videoclip, el concepto era bastante bizarro y extraño, contándonos cómo actuar en caso de atragantamiento y, sin embargo, en éste, en una preciosa fotografía, nos enseña animales y, al final, la angustiosa agonía de un pez.

Like every week, there is a new chapter in the Mistery Film Experiment and, surprisingly, the new music video is for a song that already has a video in this project, "Ég Anda". In the other music video, the concept was pretty bizarre and weird, telling us how to act in a moment of choke and, however, on this, through a beautiful photography, they show us animals and, at the end, a distressing death throes of a fish.

Green Day "Oh Love" (Lyrics Video)

Green Day también vuelven hoy, con el estreno de "Oh Love", el single que inaugura los lanzamientos de la trilogía "Uno", "Dos" y "Tre". A pesar de que muchos quisieran la época en la que Green Day gustaban más de guitarras que de sonidos pop, el grupo ha vuelto con, quizá, el sonido más comercial de su carrera. Yo estoy muy contento de que suenen así, a mí me ha encantado.

Green Day is also back today, with the premiere of "Oh Love", the single that opens the launchings of the trilogy "Uno", Dos" y "Tre". Despite that a lot of fans wanted them to be back at the era when they like to use guitars, more than pop, the band is back with, maybe, the most mainstream sound of their career. I'm very happy for them to sound like this because I loved the song.

No Doubt "Settle Down"

El momento ha llegado. No Doubt estrenan "Settle Down", el primer single de "Push And Shove", el disco con el que regresan este año y, a pesar de lo que yo creía (volver con el estilo de "Tragic Kingdom", el disco por excelencia), lo hacen con el sonido ska y pop con el que se dieron a conocer y, sin que los años pasen por ellos, con la rebeldía y la actitud gamberra que solían mostrar. Ahora falta ver la canción en imágenes, pero no creo que tarden mucho en estrenar el videoclip.

The time has come. No Doubt premiere "Settle Down", the first single of "Push And Shove, the album which they have made for be back and, in spite of what I thought (be back with the "Tragic Kingdom" sound, the album par excellence), they do it with the sound ska and pop with which they made theirselves to be known and, without noticing that the years has passed for them, with rebelliousness and the uncouth attitude that they used to show. Now we have to wait for see the song in images, but I don't think they last so much time to release the music video.

Madonna "Turn Up The Radio" (Music Video)

De nuevo aquí Madonna, pero esta vez para enseñar el esperado videoclip para su tercer single "Turn Up The Radio". Nunca me ha parecido la mejor opción como single, porque no es de las canciones que más destaquen entre el tracklist de "MDNA", pero tampoco es de las peores. En el vídeo, Madonna nos enseña cómo lleva ella su día a día, aunque encima de un descapotable y, probablemente, con mucho mejor humor.

Madonna another time here, but this time showing her anticipated music video for the third single "Turn Up The Radio". I never liked this song as single, it's not the best option, because it's not one of the highlights of the tracklist of "MDNA", but it isn't one of the worst either. In the video, Madonna shows us how she leads her day by day, although above a convertible and, probably, with so much better humour.

Of Monsters And Men "Little Talks (Passion Pit Remix)"

Mientras escucho por segunda vez el pedazo de disco que han hecho Passion Pit, he encontrado el remix que ellos han hecho para la maravillosa canción "Little Talks" de los islandeses Of Monsters And Men. Una combinación así no puedo dejarla pasar, además de que ni uno ni otro pierden la identidad en esta remezcla que alarga la canción un poco, pero la disfrutas casi lo mismo.

While I'm listening a second time the great album Passion Pit has released, I've found the remix their made for the wonderful song of the Icelandic Of Monsters And Men, "Little Talks". A combination like this I can't leave it that way, I have to share it, also that in this song, any of the two bands lose their identity in this remix that makes the song longer, but you'll enjoy it almost the same.

D'Banj "Oyàtò"

D'Banj es dueño de una de las canciones que están triunfando en Reino Unido (por desgracia, en España no tiene mucha repercusión). ¿La canción? Se llama "Oliver Twist" y es un auténtico temazo. A ver si con "Oyàtò", una canción que tiene el mismo estilo, pero no tan efectiva, consigue atravesar fronteras, que si Kanye West y G.O.O.D. Music han creído en él, es por algo.

D'Banj is the owner of one of the most successful songs on United Kingdom (unfortunately, in Spain doesn't have much impact). The song? It's called "Oliver Twist" and it's a true hit. With "Oyàtò", a song with the same style, but not so effective, he can go through the borders, that if Kanye West and G.O.O.D. Music put their eyes on him, it must be for something.

Robin Skouteris "Wild Party Music (Madonna vs. LMFAO Mashup)" (Music Video)

Uno de los maestros actuales de los mash-ups, Robin Skouteris, nos vuelve a sorprender con uno hecho con dos canciones de Madonna ("Music" y "Girl Gone Wild") y otras dos de LMFAO ("Party Rock Anthem" y "I'm Sexy And I Know It"). Acompañado del respectivo videoclip hecho por Panos T (experto en vídeos para mash-ups), si juntas a Madonna y LMFAO solo puede resultar en sensual cachondeo.

One of the actual masters of mash-ups, Robin Skouteris, surprise us again with one made with two Madonna songs ("Music" and "Girl Gone Wild") and other two LMFAO songs ("Party Rock Anthem" and "I'm Sexy And I Know It"). Accompanied by the respective music video made by Panos T (expert making videos for mash-ups), if you mix Madonna and LMFAO only can result into sensual joking.

A pocos días de haber sido estrenada la versión de "Hanging On" de Active Child, por parte de Ellie Goulding, se ha estrenado el sencillo videoclip que le han hecho a la canción. Protagonizado absolutamente por Ellie Goulding, combinándola con imágenes desenfocadas, el videoclip no le quita nada de importancia a la canción, siendo ésta, la estrella.

Few days after have been premiered the cover for Active Child's "Hanging On", by Ellie Goulding, it's been released the music video they made for the song. Starred completely by Ellie Goulding, combining her with unfocused images, the music video doesn't get more importance than the song, being it the star.

Wynter Gordon "Stimela" (Music Video)

El primer disco de Wynter Gordon ya dejaba entrever que no iba a ser una "popstar" más, mostrando maneras y diferenciándose del resto con buen gusto y tacto. Ahora, al separarse de su discográfica ha lanzado el primer EP de una trilogía llamada "The Human Condition" y el primer single "Stimela", que ya os enseñé por aquí, estrena el perfecto videoclip para la canción. Tiene mucho futuro esta chica.

The first album of Wynter Gordon already seemed to suggest that she wasn't going to be a "popstar" more, showing manners and differentiating from the rest with good taste and sense of touch. Now, after separating of her music label, has launched the first EP from a trilogy called "The Human Condition" and the first single "Stimela, that I've already showed you, premieres the perfect music video for the song. She has so much future.

Noisettes "Winner" (Music Video) // "That Girl"

Todavía recordaréis la canción con la que se hicieron famosos en un anuncio de automóviles (éste), tras el cuál se empezó a hablar de ellos en medios musicales. Noisettes, tras aquel éxito, imagino que sufrirían las presiones de la continuación del excelente "Wild Young Hearts" y, parece, que han conseguido hacerlo muy bien. Reconozco que este "Winner" no me entró a la primera, pero engancha cuanto más la escuchas, prometido. Más abajo podréis escuchar su segundo adelanto desde "Contact" (su nuevo disco) llamado "That Girl".

You still remember the song which made them famous in a car advertisement (this one), and after that all the musical media started to talk about them. Noisettes, after that hit, I imagine that suffered the pressure of the continuation of that excellent "Wild Young Hearts" and, seems, they have made it really good. I recognize that I didn't like so much this "Winner", but it hooks you more each time you listen it, I promise! Marcus Canty "In & Out (feat. Wale)"

La primera edición americana de Factor X ha dejado muchos nuevos e interesantes artistas (aunque no son los que se están escuchando más). A mí Marcus Canty me caía muy bien y no era, en mi opinión, de los mejores, pero me ha sorprendido mucho este primer single que ha lanzado junto a Wale (se está convirtiendo en el Pitbull negro), con un sonido completamente Usher.

The first American edition of X Factor left a lot of new and interesting artists (but they aren't appearing yet). I liked Marcus Canty and he wasn't, in my opinion, one of the bests, but he has surprised me a lot with this single he has launched with Wale (he's becoming in the black Pitbull), with a completely Usher sound.

Ellie Goulding "Hanging On (feat. Tinie Tempah)"

Actualmente está arrasando en Estados Unidos dónde su disco de debut ha llegado con un poco de retraso, pero más vale tarde que nunca. El hecho de que Ellie Goulding esté triunfando allí es que hay más posibilidades de poder disfrutarla en el futuro y, puede que gracias a eso, haya estrenado (regalándolo) esta versión de "Hanging On" de los Active Child junto a Tinie Tempah. Su voz hace maravilloso cualquier cosa, pero esto no es cualquier cosa.

Nowadays is swepting in United States where her debut album arrived with a bit of delay, but better late than never. The fact is that Ellie Goulding is triumphing there gives more possibilities for us to enjoy her in a next future and, may can be thanks to that, she has released (giving away) this cover of Active Child's "Hanging On" with Tinie Tempah. Her voice makes wonderful anything, but this is not any thing.

Justice "New Lands" (Music Video)

Dirigido por la productora audiovisual española Canadá, llega el videoclip para el nuevo single de Justice, un vídeo que tenía mucha ganas de poder ver y que no decepciona. Este grupo hizo uno de los que yo consideré los mejores discos de 2011 y para promocionar "New Lands" han sido capaces hasta de inventarse un nuevo deporte.

Directed by the Spanish audiovisual producers Canada, arrives the music video for the new Justice single, a video that I was waiting with so much desire and it doesn't disappoint. This band made one of which I considered the best albums of 2011 and to promote "New Lands" they have been able to invent a new sport for the video.

The Shins "It's Only Life" (Music Video)

Han grabado uno de los mejores discos de lo que llevamos de año y, por si fuera poco, lo están promocionando perfectamente, sacando los mejores singles que podían sacar. "It's Only Life" te graba su melodía en la cabeza desde la primera vez que la escuchas y, si escuchas el disco, es de las que recuerdas al acabarlo. Tiene toda la pinta de que "Port of Morrow", el disco, se forre de premios este año.

They've recorded one of the best albums of this months of 2012 and, if that it's not enough, they are promting it prefectly, releasing the best singles they could release. "It's Only Life" gets stuck its melody in your head since the first time you listen it and, if you listen the album, it's one of those that you remember after finishing it. Seems that "Port Of Morrow", the album, it's going to be full of awards this year.
